Acceptance and authorized use

By using a Booman Systems LLC service, you agree to these terms. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, content, and permissions that you own or are authorized to manage.

Connected platforms

Connected features, including TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API features, remain subject to the connected platform's terms and policies. You authorize only the actions and permissions presented during the connection flow. You are responsible for reviewing content, disclosures, rights, audience settings, and publishing instructions before release.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Booman Systems a limited license to process, store, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for the content and its use.

Service availability

Services may change, pause, or become unavailable because of maintenance, security needs, platform restrictions, or third-party changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, audience reach, monetization, approval, or any specific publishing result.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse credentials, bypass platform controls, upload unlawful or unauthorized material, interfere with service security, or use a service to mislead, impersonate, harass, or violate another person's rights.

Disclaimer and limitation

Services are provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Booman Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or a connected third-party platform.
