Information we handle
Booman Systems LLC may receive information that you submit directly, basic account information supplied by a connected platform with your authorization, technical logs needed to operate and secure a service, and media or publishing instructions you choose to process.
TikTok integration
The DJ BOOMAN Content Ops service uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API only after an authorized user approves access. The service may receive a TikTok open ID, display name, avatar, authorization tokens, and videos or publishing instructions selected by the authorized user. This information is used to authenticate the account, prepare or upload authorized content, maintain audit records, and troubleshoot the service.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to service providers needed to operate the requested service, when an authorized user directs us to publish content, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, legal obligations, and documented publishing history. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may revoke a connected platform authorization through that platform and may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with a Booman Systems service. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, or transaction documentation.
